What to include
Include the purchase email used at checkout, what you were trying to do, the page or feature involved, and a screenshot if something looks wrong.
Access and refunds
If the generator does not unlock after checkout, include your Stripe receipt email so purchase access can be checked. Refund requests for recent purchases are reviewed in good faith under the refund policy.
Response time
Most support requests are reviewed within 1-2 business days.
